We recommend establishing care with a new healthcare provider prior to this date to ensure continuity of care.

Medical records will remain securely maintained by Enhanced Body Medical. Your new healthcare provider may submit a medical records request by fax to
727-387-0815.
For record-related inquiries or voicemail requests, we may be reached at (727) 330-7769. Requests will be processed as available.
PRESCRIPTIONS
Patients needing medication refills should contact us as soon as possible prior to April 1, 2026. Controlled substances may not be refilled after the closure date.
PREPAID SERVICES / PACKAGES
Patients with unused prepaid services, packages, or gift cards may contact us by April 1, 2026 regarding refunds or account review.
COMMUNICATION AFTER CLOSURE
Our phone and messaging system will remain active for voicemail and record requests. Messages will be reviewed periodically.

I LOVE enhanced body! All of the staff there is amazing and so so sweet. Zoe at the front desk makes sure you feel welcome. As soon as you walk in the door, you’re Family! My wife and I got an IV before the fourth and I felt so alert and relaxed in spite of being out in the sun all weekend. If you're in need of an IV in the Bay Area we recommend! They treat you like family while you're in the office, and make you feel great once you leave.

I recently tried Enhanced Body for a Hydration IV and have been back a couple of times already for muscle toning sessions. Operation "see my abs"! The owners and staff were very kind and welcoming. It's a comfortable and professional environment and I felt like I was in great hands!
